APEXIDENTITY.ai is the behavioral-intelligence side of Apex. Live AI access is invite-only.

When you use live AI

Your prompt and selected companion role are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not submit confidential, financial, health, or other sensitive information. AI responses can be wrong; review them before acting.

What this application stores

The application stores an invite identifier, daily request count, and temporary request lock to enforce access and usage limits. Invite codes are checked against server-side hashes. Your code stays in memory in this browser tab and is not saved to browser storage.

This application does not persist your prompts or responses. The OpenAI request sets store to false; provider processing and retention policies still apply. Netlify hosts the application and may retain operational access logs.

Your authority

Companions cannot browse the web, access private systems, or perform external actions. Guidance is not permission to act. Invite access can be revoked by the site owner.

This launch does not use application analytics or advertising trackers.
